Chakka Varattiyathu

Chakka varattiyathu is a unique recipe made with ripe jackfruits and cooked in jaggery and ghee. This is the traditional dessert recipe in Kerala. It is very delicious and mouthwatering for every Malayalee. Jackfruit is a rich source of dietary fibre, vitamin C and antioxidant, which can strengthen your immunity. It can be served as a healthy dessert after a delicious meal. We can also make delicious Chakka Pradhaman with this adding coconut milk within no time.
