Sambar Powder

Sambar Masala Powder is a South Indian style spice mix. How to use

Dilute the tamarind paste and sambar powder in ½ a cup of water and stir into the stew. Stir in Hing and simmer everything together for a few minutes. Taste and season as needed. Remove from heat and set aside.
